Account Manager, Retirement Plans (Tulsa)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Account Manager, Retirement Plans (“AM”) reports directly to the President and provides support for the Investment division. This position will primarily be responsible for maintaining professional working relationships with a team of retirement plan professionals and ensure an outstanding level of customer service to clients. The AM will serve as liaison between clients, financial service providers, and third-party administrators. The AM must be a subject matter expert and make certain clients’ needs are met in a timely manner. The AM must be willing to assume full responsibility of client retention. Problem solving skills and time management are crucial components for the AM.
Employee Benefits Consultant (Tulsa or Oklahoma City)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Employee Benefits Consultant will be responsible for producing new business for the Group Benefits Division and increasing cross marketing sales. This will be achieved by seeking out prospective clients and formally managing the sales process through Summit’s CRM system, overseeing benefits implementation, and renewal processes. They will be responsible for meeting management expectations.
Financial Advisor (Tulsa)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Financial Advisor (“FA”) provides advisory services to Summit’s Wealth Management clients. FA’s report directly to the President and will be responsible for increasing cross marketing sales and maintaining Summit’s client base. Primary roles include developing strong relationships with clients to bring in new assets and ensure retention, preparing and presenting plan reviews, and answering client inquiries. Strong service skills and knowledge of investment fundamentals are keys to success in this position.
Sales Executive, Risk Management (Dallas)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Sales Executive is an outside sales role that focuses primarily on new client acquisition for the organization. This will be achieved through meeting with prospective clients, presenting the Summit story, and managing the sales process. The Sales Executive should stay abreast and be knowledgeable about insurance legislation and regulations of which they sell. The Sales Executive should maintain a consultative relationship with prospective clients and assist with plan design.
Senior Benefits Account Manager (Tulsa or Oklahoma City)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Senior Benefits Account Manager (“SBAM”) reports directly to the President, Benefits and provides support to Summit salespeople and independent producers. The primary focus of this position is to retain clients by providing outstanding account management and customer service to existing clients, and new clients after sales are closed. The SBAM will work directing with benefits marketing staff and oversee benefits implementation and renewal processes. The SBAM specializes in advanced subject matter expertise related to employee benefits, make certain the clients’ needs are met, and must be willing to assume the full responsibility of client retention.
Senior Benefits Analyst (Tulsa or Oklahoma City)
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: The Senior Benefits Analyst (“SBA”) reports directly to President, Benefits and provides analytical support to account management staff in the Health and Welfare division. The focus of this position is to analyze, benchmark, and forecast the impact of claims data and develop analytical solutions for Summit’s clients. The SBA will collect and organize client data to effectively present strategies and solutions during client meetings and presentations. This position requires continual, effective team communication with Account Managers.
