A Summit veteran who joined the company in its infancy, Todd leads the Health & Welfare Division, in which capacity he develops innovative market strategies for the practice, advises large employers, and recruits, trains and leads a progressive-minded team of professionals.

Todd takes a consultative approach to unique and complex group benefits situations and brings his diverse background experience to each new challenge. Clients value his ability to navigate an ever-changing landscape with a confidence that comes from extensive training and education, exhaustive industry knowledge and deep experience across a variety of industries and organization types.
