Summit Adds Slayton and Hall to Group Benefits Division

DALLAS – Summit is excited to announce the continued growth of its Group Benefits Division with the addition of two industry veterans, Kristen Hall and Robin Slayton.

Kristen Hall is joining Summit’s Group Benefits team in Oklahoma City as a Senior Account Manager. Kristen has over 12 years of experience in the field of employee benefits consulting and has served as a strategic partner to countless small and large groups in managing their health and benefit programs. In a rapidly changing and complex market, Kristen enjoys advocating for employers and their members by delivering creative strategies that will impact not only the employer’s bottom line, but each member’s health and wellbeing as well. Kristen holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.

Robin Slayton joins Summit’s Tulsa Division a Senior Benefits Analyst, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. In her consulting role, Robin’s experience in managed care finance, claims analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial statement analysis provides her clients with invaluable tools for the management of their benefit offerings. Robin holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, MBA with Financial Concentration, and MLS in Healthcare Law. Prior to joining the Summit team, Robin worked at Prudential in a similar role that gave her tremendous experience in healthcare analysis from the perspective of a large national carrier.

The addition of Robin and Kristen to the Benefits team represents Summit’s commitment to providing best-in-class service and consultation to their clients. In the ever-changing markets and regulatory landscape of healthcare, their expertise will be an instrumental part of helping Summit’s clients maintain a steady course toward reaching their long-term goals.
