DALLAS – Today, Summit Financial Group, a national firm providing benefits, insurance and investment solutions, announced the rebrand of its company and a consolidation of subsidiary companies. Summit Financial Group, Summit First Insurance and premierSource is now collectively referred to simply as “Summit”, creating a stronger, more cohesive experience for the company’s valued clients.

In addition to these companies changing to Summit, the ResourceOne Administrators name has transitioned to become “ResourceOne”, and Worksite Benefit Service, LLC, Integrity Benefit Network and SumCo will now be consolidated under ResourceOne as well. ResourceOne will continue its commitment to providing quality service to clients.

“We are thrilled to share the new Summit brand with the communities we live and work in,” said Dale W. Young, CEO of Summit. “Our clients can expect to see the same commitment to high quality service and dedication. At Summit, we live by our core values of being committed, principled and innovative, and we feel confident this change will strengthen our overall brand.”

In 2015, Summit acquired PremierSource from Legacy Financial Services Group, an affiliate of McAfee & Taft.  The acquisition enabled Summit to better serve clients with extensive benefit offerings for brokerage, administration and consulting services. Summit has offices in ten states across the nation and remains committed to continued expansion. The company is honored to celebrate 30 years in 2018.
