This position strategically supports Account Manager(s). Secondary point of contact for clients. Highly responsive to client requests and often identifies issues/challenges before client. Able to work with minimal supervision, and knows when to engage supervisor and/or peers throughout the company. Able to identify when to use supervisor skills/talents to improve outcomes (e.g., in client meetings). Benefits Account Manager- Oklahoma City, OK

Our Oklahoma City office is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Benefits Account Manager.

The Benefits Account Manager provides support for the President and producers of the Group Benefits Division. The focus of this position is to ensure account management and outstanding customer service to the clients.  They will direct the marketing and renewal process, and make decisions along with the producer regarding benefits presented to the client or prospect. The AM specializes in more advanced subject matter expertise, must make certain the clients’ needs are met in a timely manner, and must be willing to assume the full responsibility of client retention.

Client Service Representative- Dallas, TX

The Client Service Representative (“CSR”) specializes in providing exceptional customer service to Summit clients.  They must be able to effectively and professionally interact with Summit clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.  The CSR must be proficient in the areas of service, ratings, claims, and billings, and have adequate knowledge in both personal and commercial lines of property and casualty coverage.
