With more than two decades on the Summit leadership team, Robbi “Jill” Young began as the in-house general counsel, serving for 8 years while also supervising numerous registered representatives throughout the U.S. as Summit’s compliance officer.

After pivoting in 2016, Jill currently serves as Summit’s chief business development officer, building and developing relationships with attorneys, CPAs, banks, insurance agencies, medical providers, nonprofits, and companies.
