Brian Wolf serves Summit Financial Group in two capacities; as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, and in the wealth management division. Brian holds his IAR and is a general securities registered representative to Cetera Advisor Networks' rapidly growing client list.
Brian began his financial services career in 2006 as a Loan Analyst with J.P. Morgan. There he led a team of analysts responsible for tracking and reporting on assets across both domestic and international markets. While in that position, he honed and fortified his already in-depth analytical foundation.
These were the impressive talents that attracted SFG’s executive team to Brian in 2008. A key part of Summit’s corporate strategy is to broaden their financial services presence and offerings through mergers and acquisitions. As Controller, Brian’s insights are relied upon to evaluate each prospective business unit’s potential.
Summit’s group and individual clients reap the benefits of Brian’s skills, as well. His breadth of due diligence, evaluation and analysis deployed to study subsidiaries is also rendered through the company’s wealth management and investment advisory services. His list of corporate clients includes firms in manufacturing, legal and professional engineering sectors, and he helps manage individual portfolios for clients all across the country.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting, both from Southern Methodist University. He has earned his Series 7 / General Securities registration, and has passed the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam. He is also a licensed General Health Insurance agent.
Brian and his wife, Amy, were recently married in 2012 and have one child. He is a dedicated volunteer and supporter of the Dallas Alzheimer’s Association.
